Jordan Bernardo, although only 23, is not a newcomer to the DJ scene. Starting at age 16, he was introduced to the art of spinning and all things vinyl by his uncle, respected old-school DJ, “Lil Mikey”. Ushered into the Chicago Circuit by his uncle, he was given the chance to either sink or spin, and spin he did. Quickly picking up open format sets and house sets at venues all throughout Chicago, Jordan proved himself to be a versatile artist who can read any crowd. DJing at venues likes Board Room one night and Spy Bar the next, there is no guessing where Jordan will show up. And yet, as his style has evolved, so have his preferences. Finding a true passion for the Underground House scene, in 2011 Jordan partnered with Forte Entertainment group and since has cofounded “The Pool House”, a Saturday night for others who share a passion for the revival of House music. As if his reputation isn’t enough, Jordan has played alongside other respected artists like Sharam, Morgan Page, The Crystal Method, Plastik Funk, Mix Master Mike, Lil Jon, Ron Carroll and many others. Throughout his 4 years in Chicago, Jordan has held residencies at some of the world’s most prestigious venues like Spybar, The Mid, Castle, and Board Room (just to name a few). Jordan has played Utopia in Playa Del Carmon Mexico, as well as other special events like the House of Blues’ Halloween party and P. Diddy’s New Years’ Eve party. Jordan was also a featured artist at Chicago's recent “Act Natural” event. Jordan's career is just beginning, and we are expecting big things from him.
