annibal Buress (born February 4, 1983) is an American comedian,actor, and television writer. He lives in New York City. He plays Lincoln Rice in the Comedy Central series Broad City and Matt Attack in the Adult Swim series China, IL. He also serves as co-host with Eric André on The Eric André Show, and hosts his own show titled Why? with Hannibal Buress, which premiered on July 8, 2015.
