Born Yvon Ethier in Quebec on September 10, 1946, Patrick Norman released his first album in 1966 as part of the group Les Fabuleux Élégants. His greatest success, "Quand On Est En Amour," came about in 1984. His 2007 album, Comment Le Dire, was a hit in his homeland, charting in the top thirty.
