Emcee/producer 7evenThirty has descended from his interstellar studio to deliver a new form of hip-hop to the masses and the music world is better for it. Born Marques Phillips, 7evenThirty was turned onto hip-hop in his hometown of Jackson, MS by his close friend and producer 5-D (Keith Govan) and his god sister in the early 90s. 7evenThirty has worked diligently at developing his own sound, a sound he describes as “Hardcore Space Gangsta Music.”
