Filled with gorgeous hooks and melodies, and HAIDO’s sultry, sexy vocals, LOST IN YOU embraces a mix of styles, including soul, R&B, jazz and pop. This quality piece of work was produced in New York by Steve Wellington, AKA Dreadlox Holmes (London), who also co-authored many of the tracks, and co-produced by Paul Snook of Night Owl Studios (USA). LOST IN YOU features guest vocalists Keziah Jones, Nedelka Prescod and Von Qwest, and features one track (“You Know I’m Ready”) co-written with celebrated British musician Andrew Roachford. HAIDO has had alot of airplay on most of the tracks off LOST IN YOU on radio stations and DJ setlists in the UK, Australia & Europe. And hopes to receive similar loving support from DJs and radio stations in the US and Canada in the lead up to her new release in 2011. She has also graced prestigious stages and gorgeous little acoustic gems in Paris, London and Sydney. HAIDO is a wonderfully versatile songwriter. She has collaborated with Danish grammy award winning writer Tobias Stenkjaer; collaborated and performed with French hip hop artist El Fredo; London’s No.1 Cuban Reggaeton artist Kid Afrika; and is the winner of the MP3 Music Awards 2007 with her progressive house track “Far Horizons,” a collaboration with UK producer DJ Cristo. These collaborations have led to her music being aired on most major and underground radio stations worldwide. Finally, MTV UK’s first feature film, Transit, premiered worldwide on World AIDS Day 2005 and features HAIDO’s song “He Almost Fell In Love Tonight,” as well as her beautiful voice performing throughout the score.
