This record is the first commercial project I've ever released, and it took me 2 years to finish it. I decided that my first project would be mainly about my imagination, with songs like "Other Side of the Moon" and "Dreamer". Back in 2010, I began recording a whole bunch of songs just for the fun of it, including "Inside". I decided to do a Christmas project for my family and spent much of the year recording that. Right after I finished that and showed it to my family, I recorded and finished "Don't Listen to Them" and "Be Like You". When I played them for my dad (who is a professional musician), he encouraged me to go further with the project and eventually sell it. So I did. The whole record was recorded in my bedroom with a Mac, Logic Pro, speakers, my keyboard, and a microphone, with the help of my friend, Bennett Roach, who recorded electric guitar on "I'll Always Be There" and "Dreamer", and my sister, Emma Rose, who is featured on "Dreamer". Unlike previous projects I've worked on (but never sold)
